Sportsman's Insurance Agency has administered the NSSA's endorsed General Liability Insurance program for member clubs since 1991. Hundreds of member clubs already take advantage of this opportunity to obtain America's finest gun club insurance. General Liability Insurance Program Highlights

Liability limits are $1,000,000 per occurrence with no general aggregate and no deductible. Coverage for clubs with pro shops and restaurants is included. Our policy also includes members and board members as additional insureds at no charge. Liquor Law Liability, Hired and Non-Owned Automobile Liability, and Excess Liability can be purchased for an additional premium. Additional insureds, such as landowners, townships and counties can be added to you coverage at no extra charge.

In addition, Inland Marine Coverage (for mobile equipment such as trap machines and tractors,) Property Insurance, Worker's Compensation, and Directors and Officers Liability can be purchased by contacting Sportsman's for the appropriate application (not available in all states.)

Premiums are based on the club's gross receipts per classification such as target fees, hunting, ammo sales, etc. Membership dues are not included in the premium calculation unless they include a specific benefit such as rounds of skeet, trap or sporting clays. The minimum premium is just $550.

Inland Marine Coverage

Clubs that participate in the NSSA General Liability program can add Inland Marine Coverage to their policy by completing a separate application and paying a separate premium. The cost is $1.25 per $100 of insured value and coverage is available for all the mobile equipment that a club owns, such as trap machines, mowers, tractors, ATVs, and similar. Property Insurance

Sportsman's offers Property Insurance to clubs that participate in the General Liability Insurance program. While it is standard property insurance, this program may have fewer restrictions and be more economical than a club's current insurance. Workers Compensation
