Welcome to the SCI 2012 Convention Exhibitors Insurance Page

The SCI Convention procedures require that all exhibitors have insurance.  If you have been accepted as an exhibitor, please follow the steps below to satisfy your insurance requirements.

1. Review the SCI’s Hold Harmless and Litigation Disclaimer Policy.
2. If you have your own insurance, please use the Insurance Certificate Request Form to request that your insurance agent provide us with a certificate of insurance.  Click here for a form to request this insurance.
